If your MuchMusic Prepaid MasterCard Card is lost or stolen, you should contact customer service immediately at 1-866-416-MUCH (6824). Remember to always keep your card number in a safe place – you’ll need to reference your card number when you call to report your lost or stolen card. Once reported lost or stolen, your card will be cancelled and a replacement card will be issued. Your replacement card should arrive in five to ten business days and the funds from your lost card will be automatically transferred to your new card.
