How does a “Pre-Order” work?
Pre-ordering applies to items that are in production but not yet in stock. Some items require a deposit of part or all of the price, which is charged at the time of order. The remainder is then charged when the item ships. We do our best to estimate the date when an item’s production will be completed, but delays do occur. If you need to cancel a pre-order at any time before it ships, please contact us. Please note: in-stock items and pre-order items cannot be included in the same order. If you order in-stock items within the same order as pre-ordered items, we will cancel the order and enter two separate orders for you – one to ship now, and one to ship when the pre-order item is in stock. Both orders will have associated shipping fees.
