Violent Crimes in the US have decreased dramatically in the last 15 years, most of our Prison population are in for (NON} violent crimes. By taking away a persons voting rights for being an ex con. The Discrimination in U.S. drug laws that makes, the use of Cocaine, Punishable by harsh “Rockefeller” laws for the use of rock cocaine used in the inter cities by minorities , to a slap on the wrist for powder cocaine used in the White suburb
