Skycap racisim?
If the company asked you what race you are, then that is definitely illegal, and you need to report it. You can’t sue them until you give them a chance to fix their unfair policy or reprimand the idiot who broke the rules by asking unfair questions. Talk to the Better Business Bureau and the news stations in your area, and inform the skycap company that you will be doing so; they will probably change their tune real quick.
