Ho do I retake the Exam?
You can retake the exam at any time. If you would like to study and come back later, simply follow these steps when you return. Go to the test page and complete the exam. After the exam complete the evaluation. The next page will ask you to login or register. Go ahead and login. After you login you will be issued the results and the certificate of completion. (You will not be charged a second time). If you fail the second time or register under a different name you will be charged. If this happens, please let us know. You can take the exam as many times as needed. Our program is set up to charge again after two failed tries. We will voided out any additional payments that come in so that you only pay once. Please be sure and let us know if this is the case.
