Jenny Nowhere first appears in A Damn Fine Hostile Takeover Part 2, drawn by Nelson Evergreen and written by Joe Macr. She appears in the last page with the highly plausible assumption that she is an antagonist of Jenny Everywhere. And, to a certain degree, Mrs. Zirma, or the Mrs. Zirma comic.
