Are RVs expensive to maintain?
The automotive part of a motorized RV is like any other vehicle. Changing the oil, and performing regular mechanical maintenance will give you an investment to last for years. Because an RV is a home (for a time) on wheels, proper sealing and weather-proofing are advised to avoid disappointment. An RV does have to stand up to a fair bit of twisting and jarring as well, so things that come loose now and then may be easily fixed with an onboard wrench and screwdriver.
