For all mail sent to your domain that does not match one of your existing accounts, send it to this address. Since spammers frequently try to send to large lists of random addresses at a domain they are targeting this effectively causes your spam volume increase greatly. It is far better to simply define all of the accounts you wish to be valid and allow the rest bounce.
