SAS/Connect software is a cooperative processing product that provides client/server services between a local SAS session and one or more remote SAS sessions. SAS/Connect provides compute services (access to all of the computing resources in your network, using RSUBMIT/RSPT); and remote data services (access to all of your data regardless of where they are stored). Remote data services provides data transfer services (UPLOAD/DOWNLOAD); and remote SAS dataset library services (LIBNAME).
