All incisions for the instruments are about ¼ of an inch long. Depending on the number of areas of the body requiring liposuction, there may be two or more such incisions.

I recommend one of three incision patterns: inframammary (in the breast crease), periareolar (along the inferior portion of the areola), and axillary (armpit). During the consultation, I will discuss with you which incision will give you the best results. I do not recommend the transumbilical approach as the surgical dissection and the implant placement are done blindly and bluntly. This can create unsatisfied results.
