How do I install InChI?
To use this program, first extract the contents of the zip file to a directory of your choice. To start the InChI Generator (which runs under 32-bit Windows Operating Systems) simply open the extracted file wInChI-1.exe. For users of Unix-like operating systems or for those familiar with the Windows ‘Command Prompt’, an executable program is also provided – cInChI-1. The principal use of the program is to allow batch processing within other programs for the processing of multiple structure files. At present, this program is intended primarily for processing SDF files.
