What does “waitlist” mean?
A. Ordering waitlist shoes is your chance to get your shoes for next season before they are all gone! We offer our customers the opportunity to preorder on a first come first serve basis for preseason shoes. We put our waitlist shoes on line about 3-6 weeks before we expect delivery. The estimated time of arrival is based on the best information we currently have from our vendor. Sometimes these shoes sell out before they even reach our store! We ship the shoes based on the date the order was received. If you order a waitlist shoe, you will not be charged until the shoe is ready to be shipped. Please click here to see our return policy.
