What is needed to log-in?
In order to log-in you will need to have the following information: • The FEIN (Federal Employer ID Number) of your company OR your individual last name • Your license prefix and number • The “Renewal Data Sheet” mailed to you, with your PIN number. This number, along with your license prefix, license number and either last name or FEIN represent your unique and secure log-in. • A valid MasterCard, Visa, American Express or Discover credit card for online payment. If you encounter problems, please contact Pearson VUE’s Customer Service department by calling the appropriate number from the list provided in the Customer Service section.
