Inside the Login box, click “User ID: Forgot?”. You will be prompted to enter you VMF loan number, your first and last name, and email address. Next, click “Submit”. You will be given the option to answer your Security Question. Once the question has been answered correctly, your User ID will be emailed to the email address on record.
