What does “debarment” mean?
A student may be refused permission to write a final examination in a course, on the recommendation of the department concerned and with the concurrence of the dean of the faculty in the following circumstances: • The student has neglected to do a substantial proportion of the written and/or laboratory assignments in a course of which these are an essential feature. • The student has not officially registered in the course.
