How does the loyalty reward work?
After a full year of maintaining a Giganews account, a 2% download bonus will be added to your account. Each successive year, an additional 2% will be added, up through the 5th year. After five years, the bonus will increase by an additional 1% for as long as you continue to use Giganews. You will not need to do anything to receive this bonus download credit. The additional download credit will be automatically added to active, full service Giganews accounts based on the start date of the account. If you upgrade or downgrade your account, the bonus download bytes will be adjusted accordingly.
