ITV classes are produced and broadcast by the Streaming Media and Video Production Services group (formerly the Instructional Television Group) in Technology Support Services. The Educational Technology and University Outreach selects faculty and courses in conjunction with the appropriate college. Funding comes from the Office of the Senior Vice President for Academic Affairs and Provost.
