What is KITE?
KITE, the Keynote Internet Testing Environment, is a desktop-based test and measurement environment for recording and editing Web transactions and analyzing the performance of Web applications. In addition to testing from the desktop, KITE enables registered users to run the test scripts from 5 global cities on the Keynote network. KITE provides consistent testing and measurement throughout the Web application lifecycle, and bridges the gap between Web developers, Quality Assurance (QA) and Web operations teams. KITE allows you to execute rapid performance analysis and validation directly on your desktop as well as from the Internet to optimize your Web application before it goes into production, significantly reducing application development and deployment time.
