What are PHR/SPHR Certifications?

0

A. Once you have achieved a level of expertise as a HR practitioner, you may want to go on for certification in the HR field, either the PHR (Professional Human Resources) certification or SPHR (Senior Professional Human Resources) certification. You must have at least (2) years of exempt level HR experience to take the certification exams. These exams are offered separately from our program through the Human Resources Certification Institute (HRCI). For further information regarding exam qualifications, applications, fees, exam dates, deadlines, etc. go to www.shrm.org/hrci or call 866-744-HRCI.
