Can lost certificates be replaced?
We can send you replacement certificates for any courses taught at the Great Carolinas Chapter as long as your certification is still valid. Simply provide the course name, location and completion dates when making your request. A $10.00 processing fee will be assessed for each replacement certificate issued.
We can send you replacement certificates for most courses taught in our chapter as long as your certification is still valid. Simply provide the course name, location and completion dates when making your request. To make a request call or email Customer Service at (312) 729-6132, 1-800-337-2338 or chicagoCS@usa.redcross.org. There is a $5 fee to receive a duplicate certificate.
