How does a book get published?
Collaboration doesn’t stop at the creation process. Getting books published on WEbook depends on the wisdom of the crowd, who read, vet, and vote on what it deems the best finished work on the site. At various points in the year, WEbook will issue a call for finished submissions to enter a “Voting Cycle.” During a Cycle, the WEbook community will have the opportunity to review the projects in contention and vote on the projects it thinks are most worth of becoming published WEbooks. WEbook will review the votes, make final selections, and solidify a publishing plan with the winning authors of the selected projects. The selected works will be published and marketed as printed books, eBooks, and other unique formats.
