How is a user profile deleted?
User profiles should never be deleted from the MC4 system and the electronic medical record applications. It is important to keep user accounts in the system, especially if a patient record is associated with the user profile in question. All of the data entered into the MC4 system gives commanders an accurate account of medical events and needs within the command.
