What is the In-tray?

The In-tray lists entries in your agenda that may require action. You cannot create entries here You can return to the In-tray using the Open In-tray icon When a Calendar user invites you to a meeting the In-tray will list any changes. There is a folder icon to the left of each group of agenda entries listed. If the folder icon is “open” you will see a list of any entries in that group. • Locate the New Entries group. If the icon displayed is “closed”, click on the folder icon for New Entries • Right-click (or double-click) on the meeting and select View Meeting if you want to find out more about the entry or select Check Conflicts before replying To reply to a meeting: • Right-click on the meeting and select one of the options: • I will attend • I will not attend • I will confirm later Accepted and Refused meetings will move to the appropriate folder.
