How to avail the ECS facility for bill payment? What is the added advantage of ECS?
Ans: To get ECS facility get the ECS form from any Sanchar Haat or down load it from the web site www.bol.net.in get it attested from the bank manager, where subscriber has the bank account and submit it to CGO Complex Sanchar Haat along with a cancelled cheque leaf. After having this facility subscriber doesnt need to go anywhere to pay the bill. It will be paid from his bank account directly. In case the bill amount is more than Rs.250/- then he/she will get 1% discount on it subject to maximum discount of Rs 250/-.
