How long does each Ceremony last?
Each Graduation Ceremony usually lasts approximately one hour. Please remember to leave sufficient time before the event for robing, a cup of coffee, seat allocation etc. and after, for photographs, perhaps celebration drinks with family and friends, food and return of your Academic Dress etc. Our suggestion would be to leave approximately 3 hours, before and 1 hour after your Ceremony. Longer if you want to make the most of your special day by staying around and soaking up the wonderful atmosphere. If yours is the 4.45pm Ceremony it is best to arrive early and to have your formal photographs taken before your ceremony to give you sufficient time.
