• Complete a UDL within a TC Aims II Plan file that will be created specifically for your move by the Unit Moves Section. (Do not create your own Movement Plan in TC Aims II) • Deliver a copy of your UDL (signed by your commander) along with a memorandum requesting the number of pallets and milvans listed on your UDL, to the Unit moves Section for approval. (See the ITO website for an example of the request memorandum format) • Take approved Milvan requests to the Container Yard Supervisor’s office (6-3778/3771) located in Bldg J-2325 within the Knox St Warehouse Complex, to schedule the delivery of your containers. • Take approved 463L pallet requests to the ADACG (6-9911) located at Green Ramp in Bldg W-1967 on Pope Air Force Base. First, the unit must complete a UDL including listing the pallets or milvans. Then you must submit our pallet/milvan request form for the correct number of pallets and/or milvans. Someone in our office will sign-off on the request once the UDL is completed.
