How does the EX TM Questionnaire relate to ADM TM Visits with Deputy Heads (DHs)?
Completed questionnaires for EX 04s and 05s would form the basis of ADM TM Visits with DHs, by the CPSA President and Visiting ADM. As well, the CPSA would use this information to prepare workforce analyses of the ADM cadre, including the potential feeder group, at the individual and corporate levels, for reports to COSO and other DM level committees.
