What is the difference between the COR test conducted by the OPP and ATS?

There is no difference. It is the same test and standards. Currently only the OPP and ATS are licensed to administer the test to applicants. Regardless of whether a candidate obtains their COR from the OPP or ATS, it is the same COR and can be used for application to police services.
