Dental systems throughout Central Command are currently not integrated into a single application, so dental information cannot be entered into MC4 systems to be included into Service members longitudinal health record. Each service utilizes a separate legacy dental system. The Army uses Corporate Dental Application (CDA). Air Force uses CDA Scheduler and Dental Data System. Additionally, the Air Force uses CDA with a deployed module that allows for an electronic paper record and charting. Navy uses Dental Common Access System (DENCAS). MC4 Product Management Office receives the software used on the MC4 systems from the Defense Health Information Management System (DHIMS) provides the software used on the MC4 systems deployed throughout Southwest Asia to capture deployed medical information. DHIMS is currently working on a solution to electronically document dental information into a single application. Once this product is thoroughly tested and approved, MC4 will deploy the dental prod
