Are walk-ins accepted?
Sure, walk-ins are accepted on a space available basis. However, to ensure we will have resources available, prior registration is preferred. No cash please. Early notification is best, but if it is last minute, the replacement should let the registration desk know at the time of the seminar. Go to top Do you ever cancel events. Unfortunately, occasionally, events beyond our control force us to cancel events. If weather conditions in your area are adverse, call the hotel or convention center for cancellation information. Should one of our instructors not be able to make the events for illness, injury, or personal emergency, the events will likely be cancelled. Remember, these are highly trained Subject Matter Experts and are not easily replaced. If an event is cancelled for any reason, you will be notified immediately and a full refund will be issued.
