What type of interview does the OPP conduct?
The OPP conducts a Local Focus Interview. During this interview, candidates will be asked questions in order to assess their achievements, credentials and motivation for the position of OPP Constable. This is a critical step in the recruitment process and candidates need to present themselves at their very best. You will be provided with a list of required documents to bring with you to the interview.
