Are ketchup and mustard raw?
Commercially prepared condiments such as mustard and ketchup are not raw. They are heated to very high temperatures in order to be cooked and packaged. Not only are they not raw, many of the most common brands of condiments contain fillers such as high fructose corn syrup or sugar. Both of these items are highly refined. It is best to avoid them.
