What happens to the distribution payment if I dont designate a beneficiary or my designated beneficiary is no longer alive to receive my distribution?
If you dont designate a beneficiary or none of your designated beneficiaries is alive to receive your distribution, the distribution will be paid to your surviving spouse or, if there is no surviving spouse, then to your estate or, if there is no estate, the distribution will be added to the Funds general account for distribution to all participating musicians in the next annual distribution.
