Good Wine Pairing???

Most of serving wine is based upon your palate & what you’d enjoy, along with your price range. You can obtain a good California Chardonnay for around $20. I’ve had very pleasing results from J. Lohr > they make both red & whites. Redwood Creek is another brand in the economy range > much of their product comes from Italy & California. I find Pinot Grigo to be a tad sweet, but if you like less dry, that would be another option. You want to be sure to serve chilled too. For dessert, a sparkling wine would be great > this is also called Champagne if it comes from France. Asti from Italy is excellent. If you want to see what else is out there, check the link below as there many other choices to go with. Plus, you can get some ideas of what to look for. Cheers!
