Sounds like you are doing too much to rehab your knee, and you are increasing inflammation/swelling. Try reducing down the intensity (not frequency), and see if it helps. Knees are difficult to rehab even if you hadn’t had surgery, and it will likley take time. You may ask your PT for a compressive wrap after your routine to reduce/prevent swelling. If the swelling is in your lower leg and feet and not just knee…ask your Dr.
