Scratches on aquarium glass….?

If it’s a glass aquarium, you are probably out of luck. I’m unaware of any aquarium products that can remove scratches from glass, at least not without breaking the tank down. If it’s acrylic, than there are some solutions available to fix the scratches (see link below).
