What is the Qwest IP-Enabled Voice Applications Network?
The Qwest IP-Enabled Voice Applications Network is the core network of the Qwest Web Contact CenterTM platform and is a subset of the Qwest fiber network. It connects the applications located at either the business’ premises or in the application hosting facilities with Qwest Web Contact Center servers located at teraPoPs and network control servers (NCS) devices. The Qwest IP-Enabled Voice Applications Network forms a wide area, distributed IP network that enables voice-based applications to be controlled via hosted Web-based applications.
