Although it is uncommon, a dark line on the preservative free Rice, Veggy, Vegan, Rice Vegan and Wholesome Valley Organic slices, may be the start of mold. All of our preservative free products are formulated to be free of mold until after the expiration date, however occasionally mold will begin before the expiration due to improper storage and handling.
