CAT Shuttle With operating assistance provided by the city of Savannah, CAT’s fare-free shuttle offers service from downtown hotels, inns and the Savannah Visitors Center to Savannah’s historic sites, squares, River Street, Savannah Belles Ferry and many other attractions. For more information and timetables, click here. Liberty Street Parking Shuttle In conjunction with the City of Savannah, CAT provides garage shuttle service. This shuttle targets people working in the downtown area who use the Liberty Parking Garage. Savannah Belles Ferry Savannah Belles Ferry serves as a link between Savannah and Hutchinson Island. The Waving Girl and City Hall landings are conveniently located on River Street to shuttle customers to the Trade Center landing on Hutchinson Island.
