(Tuscaloosa County)You must apply for a Regulatory License with the State of Alabama. A booklet obtained from the State Department of Revenue must be completed and mailed to Montgomery. After approval, the State will issue a Regulatory License. You must bring in your Regulatory License to purchase a business license for the State and County. (City of Tuscaloosa and Northport) You must complete their requirements for a business license.
