Which states accept Apex CPE courses?
State Boards of Accountancy have final authority on the acceptance of any course for CPE credit. Contact your State Board if you have any questions regarding their requirements. It is the students’ responsibility to ensure that they select courses which meet their continuing education needs. Apex CPE courses meet standards required by the following states: AK, AL, AZ, CO, CT, FL (behavioral courses only) GA, IA, IL (License# 158-002228), IN, KY, MA, MD, ME, MI, MO, MS, MT, ND, NH,NV, OH (Sponsor# H0013), PA (License# PX177517), RI, SD, TX (Sponsor #08787), UT,VA, WA, WI, and WY. The states of CA, DC, ID, LA, NC, NM, OK, and VT will only accept courses that are marked as “Interactive”.
