Yes. However owners should contact the clinic during working hours to discuss options and requirements. WCEC can either act as an agent and completely schedule and manage your stallions breeding season, dealing with the mare owners for you, or if you would like to be more involved we can act as a collection facility and let you have direct contact with the mare owners.(please contact WCEC for more information.
