He used to manage Carl Douglas (of “Kung Fu Fighting” fame) and played with Herman’s Hermits. He worked as a songwriter and session pianist for Andrew Lou Golden, the manager of the Rolling Stones. EW performed with the likes of Jimmy Page, John Paul Jones, Eric Stewart, and Graham Gouldman. He later moved into record production.
