What is AHA – Alpha Hydroxy Acids?
AHA – Alpha Hydroxy Acids are organic acids that have been known as excellent moisturizers since the time of Cleopatra. Recently,however, it was discovered that higher concentrations of AHA could achieve penetrating exfoliation, reducing wrinkles and giving skin a more youthful appearance. The PH of the organic acids is partially neutralized to ensure nonirritating yet effective exfoliation.
