What eye shadow, and eyeliner goes best with dirty blonde hair, green eyes and light skin?
For eye shadow you should use lighter versions of browns, apricots, purple or plums, deep khaki or forest greens, since these are in the same greenish family and will brighten green eyes. Use the lighter shades for those colors due to your light complexion. You can also go with gold, lime-green, really light green, bright purple for a more modern look. For eyeliner, use either black or brown and its best to place it all the way across the upper eyelid and half way across the lower lid. Blend it into the eyelashes. Use either black or brown mascara too.
