What if the download speed is very slow or the videos don play smoothly?
The speed to download the file may decrease remarkably when virus scanning software or personal firewall software is running. Turn it off. Videos may also play poorly if your computer is trying to do multiple tasks at one time (virus scans, instant messengers, etc.) Large video files may require your computer’s full resources in order to play properly. Our videos play at a very high data rate and are very CPU intensive. They may not play smoothly on slower computers. If the video stutters or plays choppy during playback your computer is not fast enough to play them. It is important that you try viewing our sample clip before purchasing a membership.
