What is the Surf Bar?
The Surf Bar is a small text box at the bottom of your screen with the channel name and number, and other information. It appears for a few seconds whenever you change channels, or if you press “Info” or one of the navigation buttons. In addition to showing information about the currently selected channel, the Surf Bar can be used for channel navigation: you can use navigation buttons to browse through the list of channels while still watching the current program on the remaining portion of the screen.
