How do NAU and CCC comply with FERPA?
A. FERPA is the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act. It regulates what information about a student NAU or CCC can share with any other person or institution. Students participating in the CCC2NAU program sign an agreement permitting NAU and CCC to share information appropriate to the program. CCC and NAU will share all academic information and student information (student conduct information would not normally be shared unless it is relevant to the safety and well-being of both institutions).
