How was the initial list created?
Because of the sheer number of suppliers in the travel industry, as well as time constraints, we decided that for our initial list we would evaluate only those airlines, tour operators or cruise lines used most often by our travel agent partners and their travelers. The list was never meant to be all-inclusive — we always knew that it would expand as additional suppliers requested consideration.
