In order to protect our players from unfair behaviour, such as the all-in on purpose, we provide the concept of “free disconnects”. The maximum number of free disconnects is two. Every time you lose your connection and don’t get back in time you lose one free disconnect. You are allowed to reset the number of free disconnects to two, but just once a day. Once you are out of free disconnects, you are in an awkward position, because the money you have put into a pot is no longer protected in case of a disconnection.
